Shandong Changshengda Steel Pipe's high-quality round bar trial production was a one-time success

On September 16, Shandong Changshengda's latest research and development of Q355B, 20#, and 45# round steel (φ50mm) was successfully trial-produced. After inspection, the mechanical performance indicators of the products all met the standards. This is the first time Shandong Jinzheng has produced high-quality steel products since the high-quality bar production line was put into operation, which means that the company has opened a new situation in expanding the variety and quality of bar products.

Q355B, 20#, and 45# round steel are representative steel types among high-quality low alloy steel and high-quality carbon structural steel. They have the characteristics of good comprehensive mechanical properties, wide application fields, and high cost performance. After deep processing, they can be made into fasteners. , seamless steel pipes, and various transmission shaft pin products, which are widely used in machining, construction, bridges, vehicles, ships, engineering and other fields. Recently, this batch of round steel products will be released to customer groups in Shandong for product trial production.

In the next step, Shandong Changshengda will further expand its products into forging, shaft pin applications and other fields.

As of July, Shandong Changshengda has successfully developed and trial-produced more than 10 new varieties such as SWRCH22A, SWRCH35K, 355B-DX, and 10B21. Currently, these new products have been promoted to users for trial use, and feedback has been positive.

The successful trial production of this new round bar product has accumulated rich experience for Shandong Changshengda's later production of round bars with different specifications of φ20-90mm. At the same time, it also laid the foundation for the company to promote the implementation of its product high-end strategy and enhance market competitiveness.
